Dr Vijaya Kumar believes that good anaesthetic care begins with listening to the patient. He takes the time to understand each patient's medical history, concerns and expectations, and to explain the anaesthetic plan clearly before surgery.
He works closely with surgeons, nurses and other members of the perioperative team to ensure that every aspect of a patient's care is carefully coordinated. His approach combines contemporary evidence-based anaesthetic practice with individualised care tailored to each patient's needs.
